Concept note- School of Law, Sushant University erstwhile Ansal University invites papers on peripheral understanding of various dimensions of law and its relationship with other academic streams. Understanding the concepts, theories of law and the legal system in entirety requires recourse to history, psychology, economics, international relations, philosophy and other academic disciplines. The connections between law, science and technology are ubiquitous and increasingly complex in modern societies. The examples can also be seen in social spaces like medical prescriptions, road signs, food labels, death birth certificates, public street behavior. The premises of law in the modern world are all-pervasive. It regulates the entire matrix of human activities and no stream of society is outside its ambit. Needless, to say that law cannot function in isolation and
is fused with all the academic disciplines. The functions and the role of the state are now more challenging and pervasive. The terms and concepts like ‘End of Ideology’ or the ‘Age of transdisciplinary or ‘Multi-discipline’ are the main focus of academic discourse. It is pertinent to ponder upon the changing dynamics and development of academic discourse in relation to the changing and evolving contemporary facets in the field of Law.
The international conference intends to bring together principal academics, researchers and research scholars to bring out their experiences and research work on all aspects of Law, Humanities, Management and Science. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for academic, researchers, educators and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges, encountered and solutions adopted in the fields Law in relation to Humanities, International Relations, Management and Science.
