Brief introduction about the speaker
Ms. Grisha Dialani is currently pursuing her Masters in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the prestigious University of Toronto, Canada. She is doing a research internship with Professor Levente Diosady in Toronto. Her path-breaking research involves the development of iron-fortified tea to help cure iron deficiencies among women and infants in South Asian countries, especially India.
She completed her bachelors in Chemical Engineering from MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune. She completed her undergraduate degree and received the ‘Director’s Award for Best Outgoing Student in 2018.
Her story is defined by her resilience and determination to pursue her passion for her work. She has taken up several internships during her career in India and Canada and developed some of the most essential skills that are in demand in the job market.
She produced high-quality research and published a paper on ‘Extraction of volatile and non-volatile components from custard apple seed powder using supercritical CO2 extraction system and its inventory analysis’.
