Call For Chapters for Book On Climate Change Mitigation: The Vistas & Headways

ABOUT THE BOOK

Climate change mitigation and its regulation by Paris Agreement in 2015 became veryhighlighted when Trump backed out from it and Biden just after winning electionsaid that he is open to join Paris Agreement 2015. Keeping global temperature below2 degrees to 1.5 degree was set out as goal in Article 4 of Paris Agreement. Carbonemissions due to anthropogenic reasons is unsurmountable and adaptation andmitigation are the only ways to climate change mitigation. Adaptation of greenertechnologies, reduction of carbon emissions in specific sectors under common butdifferential responsibilities of developed and developing nations is doing their bitunder UNFCCC. However, the more is less for proper climate change mitigation.Indian specific changes in adaptation of clean energies, contribution to climatechange mitigation fund, establishment of International solar alliance shows itsreadiness and aptness for climate change mitigation. The topsy turvy stand of UnitedStates on Paris Agreement has been very shocking to the world but Biden has said torejoin Paris Agreement which brings life back to climate change mitigation process.The negotiations between developed nations and developing nations of common butdifferentiated responsibilities is a crucial point. The climate change mitigation,creation of climate change mitigation fund, reduction of carbon emissions,technology transfer, collaborative researches have been debated, negotiation andinserted in Paris Agreement. Parties to Paris Agreement has to reduce the carbonemissions and do the needful under Paris Agreement.

The author may write on any of the aforementioned issue. The chapter must be update onthe issue in a critical and analytical manner. The book shall be published by a publisher ofrepute.
FEES: There shall be no charges for publication.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The authors have to follow following submission guidelines:
1.The Chapter must contain an Abstract of 250 words and Keywords.Chapter must mention the Author Details. Only one Co-author shall beallowed.
2.The Chapter must be between 9000 to 12000 words includingfootnotes.
3.The Chapter must be in Times New Roman Font Size 11, Foot Note Size10.
4.For Citation and Referencing OSCOLA, 4th Edition, 2012 must bereferred. Use of Supra and Infra not allowed.
5.The Editors have Zero Tolerance Policy towardsPlagiarism/Infringement of Copyrights. Authors shall be responsible forall referencing and they shall have to take due permissions from authorsand publishers for referencing.
6.The Chapters shall be scanned on Anti-Plagiarism Software.
7.The law discussed in chapter must be update, crisp, pinpointed. Thechapter must be properly structured, coherent, lucid and analytical.

8. The Chapters shall be screened by Editors and a Review Board andEditors reserve their right to reject any submission.
9.Editors may make suitable and necessary changes to the submissionsfor the betterment, efficiency and orientation to the subject.

ABOUT EDITORS:

1. Prof. (Dr.) Amar Pal Singh, current working as Professor of Law and Dean, University Schoolof Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, has threemasters to his credit, two in Law and one in English Literature, LL.M. (Constitutional Law) fromMDS University Ajmer and LL.M. (Legal Philosophy) from European Academy of Legal Theory,Brussels (Belgium).
He did his Ph.D. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Prof. Singhhas around two and half decades of teaching experience. Starting his career as Lecturer (Law)at Govt Law College Bikaner (Rajasthan) during mid-1990s, Prof. Singh has taught at NationalLaw University, Jodhpur and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. Hehas substantial academic work to his credit, which include four books and around 52 researchpapers/articles, published in journals of national and international repute. He is a life memberof Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, (L-1513), Indian Institute of Public Administration, NewDelhi (L-11020) and an Associate member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.

2. Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava, is an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, University ofLucknow. He graduated from Law School, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi with Gold Medal.He was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by University Grants Commission. He started hisacademic carrier at National Law University Jodhpur. He has Ten years’ experience of teachingat Under Graduate and Post Graduate Law Programme. He has co-authored a Book on PropertyLaws published by Lexis Nexis. He has authored a Book on Law on Partnership published by andan edited volume on Corporate Governance (in Press) byThomson Reuters. He has preparedmodules for EPG Pathshala Programme of Ministry of Human Resource Development onCompany Law. He has delivered lectures at HRDC, UGC Lucknow, HAL, Indian Railway Instituteof Transport Management. He did his Ph.D. on Corporate Insolvency. He has severalpublications to his credit in reputed publications of ICPS, AIR, NLS Bangalore, National LawUniversity New Delhi.

3.Dr. Jyoti Prakash, is an Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of Biotechnology, AmityUniversity Lucknow. She has keen research interests in Environmental Biotechnology,Environmental Toxicology and health, Waste Water Engineering, Biodiversity and Evolution,Environmental Studies and Pollution, Prevention and Fundamentals and Green technology. Shehas published 33 research papers and one book. She has 12 years of teaching experience. Shehas been a Guest Lecturer in ENV2001: Sustainable Resource Management in Nairobi Kenya,school of Arts and Sciences at United States International University in summer semester2010.
