Fourth Annual Chicagoland Junior Scholars Conference
The Northern Illinois University College of Law is now accepting proposals for the Fourth Annual Chicagoland Junior Scholars Conference on Friday, October 1, 2021. The conference will be held in person at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. This conference offers junior scholars the opportunity to present works-in-progress, to receive feedback from a senior faculty reader and other attendees, and to network with other legal scholars from the greater Chicagoland area. Preference will be given to law faculty who have been teaching fewer than 10 years in a tenure-track position, including those who expect to start such a position in Fall 2021. Articles may be presented at any stage of development.
If you are interested in presenting, please submit a working title and abstract of 200-300 words to [email protected] no later than June 25, 2021. Selected authors will be notified by August 13, 2021. Articles will be due no later than September 10, 2021. There is no registration fee for this conference.
