- To evaluate the significant impact ADR has brought forward in justifying legal mechanism.
- To understand as in how ADR arose from the grassroots to continuing to make its mark as an alternate to solving disputes outside the court efficiently.
- To introduce or otherwise, familiarize the learners with the basic facets of the theme and the idea emanating from it.
- To devise and deliberate upon possible solutions for the incongruities and loopholes that exist with respect to the theme.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
ABSTRACT:
- The abstract shall not exceed 500 words. It should include the Title, Keywords, the Presenter’s Name, Designation, Institutional Affiliation, Mailing Address, Contact Number and E- mail ID.
- The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 with 1.5 linespacing.
- Bluebook 20th Edition/APA shall be strictly followed for Footnoting and referencing.
- The abstract shall be submitted through registration link only. All submissions should be uploaded in .doc/.docx format only.
- Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.
- That the Abstract is the only criteria upon which selection for the Presentation before the Learned Panel is based.
Intimation for acceptance/improvisation will be provided within 2 working days from the last date of the submission ofabstract.
FULL PAPER:
Since the event is being conducted during days where the Universities and the Law Schools would be fully functional, to accommodate the opportunity of Call for Research Presentations, ADR HOC is requiring the Participants to submit PowerPoint Presentations (PPT), rather than full length papers/research. PowerPoint Presentations (PPT)shall be considered as the Final Submission by the selected Participants.
BEST PRESENTATION
- One (1)Best Presentation will be acknowledged from each session. Certificates of Achievement shall be given to such Presenters.
- All the Participants shall be provided with E-certificates.
