- Nestlé, Cargill can’t be sued over child labour in Ivory Coast: US Supreme Court
THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT has determined that Nestlé USA and Cargill Inc. cannot be prosecuted in US courts for alleged child labor violations in Ivory Coast. The firms are accused of procuring cocoa from estates where children were forced to work.
