In the flood of Events, School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun is coming up with a 5 Days Expert Talk Series (Under Allied Academic Activity) on Branding Oneself through Own Communication Skills [BOOCS–2021] with a major focusing on ‘4S’ of Communication from August 24-28, 2021. The event will be describing the importance of communication skills for students like why communication skills are important for school and university students to learn more from teachers? Apart, what is the importance of good communication skills after schooling and while entering to the higher education with a different professional and social life?
Clear communication about the skills and knowledge, objective vocabulary in words while communicating with interviewers, confident physical expressions help students to get a job after the completion of the degree. That’s how effective communication makes a difference in the personality of students. Many students face communication problems in the interview that’s why learning and improved communication help them to build a career in their respective fields
Keeping this in the priority, the School of Law, GEHU, Dehradun has invited the experts from renowned institutions to enlighten the students so that they can excel in their professional fields. The speakers of the event includes Mrs. Abha Sharma (Key Note Speaker)- Alumnus – BHU & Freelancer Motivator who is focusing on Shortness as a tool to good communication on the Day one followed by Mr. Zakaria Vargis John on day two who is a Former Coordinator, Office of Strategic Planning and Audit, Christ University who will be delivering on ‘The Mirror Audience’ focusing on Simplicity aspect of communication.
Day three will be lead by Mr. Jeevan Sagar, Assistant Professor (English), Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He will be speaking on ‘My Communication, My Strength’. Day four will be taken care by Dr. Upamanyu Sen Gupta, Assistant Professor (English), Maharashtra National LawUniversity, Mumbai. He will be enlightening us on ‘Sincerity’ aspect of communication covering the topic ‘Crossing Aisle, Talking the Past differences.
The event will get closed with the Vote of Thanks and Valedictory Session by the Faculty Convener of the event on the fifth day. The event will definitely be going to break the barriers of communication. This event will be targeting the students and professionals of all the domains.
