After the successful release of Volume, I Issue II of the GEHU’s Law Review. The GEHU’s Law Review is accepting submissions for its Volume II and Issue I January 2022. The scholarly submissions which are original and unpublished written works from legal professionals, students, academicians and practitioners are invited, to be published in the Journal.

ABOUT SCHOOL OF LAW
The School of Law at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India is running two full-time five-year programs i.e., B.B.A.- LL.B.& B.A.-LL.B. approved by the Bar Council of India along with LL.M. and Ph.D. in law. The School of Law envisions to achieve supremacy in legal education through innovative teaching, experiential learning, creative inquiry, social awareness, and research, along with industry-oriented curriculum and training students through rigorous research, moot court competitions, classroom discussions on case laws, and a variety of internships with Supreme Court judges, top law firms and senior advocates.
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Journal Committee of School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India hereby invites original articles/research papers, case comments and book reviews on law and allied areas for publication in the GEHU’s Law Review to be published in January 2022.TheJournalisabi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed publication of School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India. It presents global contemporary issues and challenges specific to law, with an interdisciplinary approach towards assimilating knowledge. It is an Endeavour of the University to become the beacon of legal education by encouraging the synthesis of knowledge and best practices cutting across the academia and research fraternity.
BROAD THEME
This issue of the Journal is a special issue inviting submission on any broad area related to any Global Contemporary legal issues and advancements with National and International significance. The authors are free to write on any topic that they wish to contextualize on the broader theme.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- The Manuscripts should be strictly in APA format.
- Word Limit: Submissions should not exceed-
- Research papers(4,000- 6,000words),
- Book reviews(1000-2000words),and
- Case comments (1000-3000words).
- The manuscript should be in MS Word format.
- The manuscript shall be original and unpublished.
- Authorship: Maximum of two authors per entry.
- The author(s) must follow the uniform method of citation either Journal of Indian Law Institute (JILI) or Blue Book (20th Edition).
- The body of the paper shall be in Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Foot notes should be in Times New Roman, size 10 single line spacing.

Call for papers: 5th August 2021
Submission of full paper: 15th October 2021 Completion &
Intimation of Reviewed papers: 15th November 2021
Publication of Journal: 31st January 2022
