The Minerva Center for Human Rights at Hebrew University of Jerusalem is inviting submissions for its 16th Annual Minerva Conference on International Humanitarian Law. The theme of the conference is “Looking from the Outside In: Evaluating IHL from Other Normative Perspectives.” The conference will be held November 9-10, 2021 in Jerusalem. The deadline for paper submissions is August 15, 2021.
