PRS Legislative Research, or PRS, is an Indian non-profit organisation that was founded in September 2005 as an independent research institute to improve the Indian legislative process by making it more informed, transparent, and participatory. PRS is headquartered in New Delhi.
Internship Details
The PRS staff is comprised of a group of devoted experts with diverse areas of expertise, and is separated into two departments: research and outreach.
While the research team investigates legislative and policy problems of current concern, the outreach team monitors the activities of legislatures and politicians, administers citizen participation, and serves as PRS’s interaction with MPs and MLAs.
A prospective intern may apply for internships in one or both departments.
