Maharashtra National Law University [MNLU], Mumbai is one of the Premier Law Institutions in India. The University has been established in the year 2014 under the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014 and it started its first academic endeavour in the year 2015.
About the Fasion Law
In the process of enhancing its academic horizon, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is coming up with new courses and degrees under the active guidance of the present Chancellor of the University able guidance and mentorship of the University’s Chancellor, Hon. Mr Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, and under the able leadership of its Hon. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Ukey.
The “Fashion Law” courses are designed to provide participants with the most up-to-date practical information, benchmarks, and industry expertise on the most important areas of legal frameworks and perspectives in the fashion and luxury industries.
Starting with an overview of the industry, including legal compliance of fashion brands, intellectual property, and specific agreements, the course will focus on all major stages of the fashion lifecycle and promote applied framework to the fashion and luxury industry.
