Constitutional Law Review (RDC) is a biannual publication that provides a scholarly forum to discuss constitutional law issues. It focuses on theoretical and practical questions and current developments in this field at national, European, and international levels, promoting the dialogue regarding constitutional theory and case-law.The editors invite all interested persons to submit contributions for Issue 2 (2021) of the RDC (languages – English or French). Submissions for analytical articles should be 8,000-13,000 words in length, including footnotes. All contributions should conform to the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
Submissions should include a confirmation of exclusive submission and be sent to the editors.
