Jamia Millia Islamia, a Central University, renowned for its highly glorious past and an equally promising
future, has more than 22,000 students, 700+ full time teaching faculty, 9 faculties, 39 departments and more than 200 courses.
The Centre for Management Studies (CMS) was established in 2003 and has a very rigorous process of selecting students for its MBA programmes with specialisation in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management and International Business. CMS offers PhD in Management, MBA (Full Time), MBA (Executive), MBA (Entrepreneurship and Family Business) and MBA (International Business). CMS is well accepted by the market and with students placed in top reputed and multinational companies.
Conference Theme
Changes in the structural form of the financial markets globally and different financial crises have led the
thinkers to evolve newer financial products and systems. The role of fast-growing economies is inevitable in
the development of the global financial market infrastructure. The new-age policy framework,
transformation of economies especially emerging ones are new drivers of the global financial engine. Price
transparency, efficient trade, hedging and effective risk management, access to structured finance and
financial inclusions are major concerns.
The proposed Conference is an endeavor to raise major policy issues concerning financial markets. The
researches and deliberations are expected to highlight the contemporary perspectives of finance.

Submission and Selection of papers
· Abstract and Papers must be submitted in MS Word format, not in PDF at:

· APA 6th edition referencing style must be adopted.
· All submitted papers shall be subject to double blind review and a strict plagiarism check on
turnitin.
· Advisory Committee of the Conference may not recommend a paper for publication due to
plagiarism or may request the authors for removal of plagiarised content, before recommending
it for publication.
Publication of papers
· Accepted papers will be published in edited book, Bloomsbury /Macmillan Publications
· Few selected papers will be published in Scopus/Web of Science/UGC Care indexed journals
subject to meeting their scope and requirements.
· Paper length should not normally exceed 5000 words, including references, annexure etc.
· Authors may have to pay publication fees subject to the journal’s/publisher’s policy.
