The Campus Law Centre’s Journal of Campus Law Centre (JCLC) (ISSN: 2321-4716) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi in India. It provides a venue for high-quality legal research to be published.

For Volume IX, the journal’s editorial board invites academicians, judges, attorneys, and research scholars to submit original and previously unpublished articles, notes and comments, ‘judicial trends,’ ‘legislative trends,’ and book reviews on any contemporary legal and socio-legal issue (2022). Those who contributed must not submit their work to another journal while it is being reviewed by the JCLC. Furthermore, authors must guarantee that their submission is their own unique work and that it is not plagiarised; any material proven to be plagiarised will be rejected outright.
Submission Requirements
- The articles should be between 5,000 and 10,000 words long, including footnotes.
- The length of your comments and notes, including footnotes, should be between 4,000 and 6,000 words.
- ‘Judicial Trends’ and ‘Legislative Trends’ submissions should be between 3,000 and 5,000 words long, including footnotes.
- ‘Legislative Trends’ and ‘Judicial Trends’ must each include a description of the most important legislative developments and judicial pronouncements in India in 2021.
- Book evaluations should be between 1,000 and 2000 words long, including footnotes. Times New Roman font, size 12 for text, size 10 for footnotes
Formatting Instructions
- Format for Microsoft Word Documents.
- 1.5 line spacing for text and single line spacing for footnotes.
- The submission should include an attached cover page with the Author’s brief description, which should not exceed 300 words and include Title, Name, University/Organization, Educational Qualification, and Professional Status.
- The rest of the contribution, with the exception of the cover page, should not contain any references to the author’s name in order to allow for anonymous peer review.
- Citations and Referencing: The “Indian Law Institute, Rules of Footnoting” should be observed for citations and references.
