CONCEPT NOTE:
Is an effective solution possible to meet all of the challenges facing humanity today in the fields of law, economy,
ecology, human security, health, global governance and peace? The World Academy is examining the root causes of
these multiple challenges in order to formulate an integrated perspective, comprehensive strategy and detailed policy framework attuned to the realities, needs and emerging opportunities of the 21st century.
The present proposal of the book on the topic of the Challenges before Human Rights and Opportunities in the 21st Century: Search for a New Paradigm aims at finding out the issues on the topic & how they can be addressed. The outline of the book is prepared as a part of the human concern. The contribution is invited from the people involved with the law scholar directly or indirectly. The academicians who are teaching in multidisciplinary are also invited.
The students/academicians/practitioners in the field of law can also contribute as to explain the regulatory framework of issues pertaining to the issues.
The chapters may cover the substantive matter from India & abroad. The editors of the book will encourage the work if it is empirical in nature. Further, the book will be published with the established publishing house of national repute& will carry an ISBN no.
