INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
| Before filling out the application form read the instructions below carefully | |
| 1. | Candidates should go through the Admission Notification carefully to understand the eligibility requirements and the admission process before submitting the application. |
| 2. | E-mail ID and mobile number, which are mandatory for submission of the application, must be valid and kept active throughout the admission process. |
| 3. | Before clicking the “Submit” button in the application form, candidates should satisfy themselves that the details entered by them are true and correct in all respects. |
| 4. | Candidates will not be able to make any changes once the application form is submitted. |
| 5. | The items superscripted with “*” , are mandatory and cannot be left blank. |
| 6. | If any information submitted in the application form is found to be false/incorrect during verification or at a future date, the application / candidature will be rejected/ admission may stand cancelled. |
| 7. | Incomplete and incorrect applications shall be rejected |
| 8. | Candidates are required to keep their login credentials safely for future use. |
| 9. | There are fields where the candidate will be required to upload documents |
| 10. | Once the application fee is paid, it shall not be refunded. |
