Vision of Moot Court
Around 75 years ago, on the historic date of 15th August 1947, India became free from British domination. It was the culmination of numerous movements and struggles that were rife throughout the time of British rule including the historic revolt of 1857. The independence was achieved through the efforts of many revolutionary freedom fighters, who took the lead in organizing the struggle which led to india’s independence, although they were of varied ideologies ranging from moderates to extremists, their contribution to india’s freedom struggle has been immortalized in the minds of every Every Citizen of the country. Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav means elixir of energy of independence; elixir of inspirations of the warriors of freedom struggle; elixir of new ideas and pledges; and elixir of Aatmanirbharta.
This Mahotsav is a festival of awakening of the nation; festival of fulfilling the dream of good governance; and the festival of global peace and development. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav helps bring alive stories of unsung heroes whose sacrifices have made freedom a reality for us and also evisits the milestones, freedom movements etc. in the historical journey to 15 August, 1947.
Bharat Vikas Parishad with it’s youth wing YUVAK foundation is organising it’s 1st national Moot Court competition (Regional Round) to celebrate the 75th Independence Day and add on the flavours of patriotism amongst law students and fraternity. The organisation aims to promote the spirit of nationalism and spread awareness about the sacrifices and struggle of the freedom fighters by setting up moot court on the trails faced by the revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh, Veer Savarkar, and many others freedom fighters under the British rule.
Our Sanskar projects are for the students, youth, women and the elderly.
