National Law University Delhi through the Centre for Child Rights & Juvenile Justice is undertaking a research project with the support of UNICEF for which it invites applications for the following positions:
- ResearchAssociate(upto2positions)
- DataAnalyst/Statistician(upto2positions)
This is a 4 month project, involving analysis of judicial data on POCSO cases, drafting a report on the findings, along with undertaking other allied tasks. The project is a study of 10 years of POCSO, and draws data from 8 states on various aspects of disposal of POCSO cases. The project will culminate in a research report to be released in December 2022, and may further be converted into deeper research projects and/or academic publications.
Qualifications & Compensation:
A. Graduate with a degree in law and 0-2 years experience.
B. Familiarity with criminal law and the Indian criminal justice system is a strong requirement.
C. Remuneration is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
