Introduction:
This workshop aims to attract more leading research from younger scholars on topics related to Asian jurisdictions, and to provide a platform for them to receive critical feedback on their research from established Asian law scholars.
Submissions are invited from junior faculty members on any topic that relates to one or more Asian jurisdiction(s), as well as work that compares a topic in one or more Asian jurisdiction(s) with non-Asian jurisdiction(s). Eligible applicants should have been in a full-time academic and/or research position (including in a post-doctoral position) for not more than 7 years as of the 30th of June 2022.
