Roles and Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient handling of litigation matters including employees/contract labour related cases, arbitration matters, coordination with advocates and other agencies and institutions.
- Drafting and vetting of agreements, contract, policy documents, tenders, work order, petitions, suits and other legal commercial documents and industry specific instruments.
- Deal with labour and industrial laws in India.
Eligibility
- LL.M (Masters of Law) OR
- Two years Full Time MBA/LLB (Bachelor of Laws) OR
- Equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Litigation matters including employees/contract labour related cases, Labour and Industrial Laws in India, arbitration matters.
- Drafting and vetting of Agreements, Contract, Policy Documents, Tenders, Work orders, Petitions, Suits and other legal commercial documents and industry specific instruments.
Salary
15.77 L/annum
Age Limit
- Candidates shall not be above 35 years of age.
- Age Relaxations applicable as per the Govt. of India norms.
