‘The guild’ is an association of like-minded legal practitioners, who have come together with an intent to render their respective specialized legal services to clients, as well as to develop an independent vertical of counsel practice. It is a multidisciplinary law firm, which evolved from the merger of practices of its partners and key associates drawing experience from leading law firms.
