- Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the Administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports with its Head office at Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
- In an effort for strengthening the sports ecosystem and to bring more laurels in the Olympics, SAI has established 23 National Centers of Excellence (NCOEs).
SAI NRC needs Young Professional (Legal) who can provide Consultancy to:
- Handle all legal matters related to the department/ division.
- Drafting of Para Wise Reply / Comments, Show Cause Notice, Contracts, Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU’s), and all such legal documents pertaining to SAI.
- Departmental Disciplinary enquires / preparation of reports.
SAI NRC will ensure that candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of Experience in any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous/PSU-relevant field as mentioned in JD and the same is acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
Qualifications
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
- Desired Qualification: Masters of Law from recognized university In India or Specialization in Sports Law.
- Age Limit: Upto 35 years.
