• The Insolvency Practicum is being organized under the aegis of the National Academy of Law Teachers (NALT) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), it is being organized by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at the NLU, Delhi.
• The trainers/resource persons will include officials from regulatory authorities, leading insolvency lawyers, insolvency professionals, academics, and experts from financial organisations.

• Fundamental concepts of insolvency, Corporate Rescue; Development of Insolvency law in India, chief
features and objectives of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; Adjudicatory Bodies and appeals,
• Key issues and cases under IBC 2016; Institutional framework and enforcement bodies under IBC 2016,
• The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, the committee
of creditors, Information Memorandum, Resolution Plan, liquidation process; cross-border insolvency.
