About the Legal Internship Opportunity
Adv Mayur Patel needs the support of any student of law college (L.L.B.) or any junior legal aspirant, who wants to get experience to execute the process of a civil matter in the Hon’ble high court of Gujarat, for assistance in the clerical execution of various processes needed to appear as a party in person in the hon’ble high court of Gujarat in next hearing scheduled on the first week of March.
Eligibility
Qualification: The aspirant must be familiar with high court procedures related to filing applications, competency certificate applications, and clerical tasks with the registry. Punctual and Disciplined and Enthusiastic.
Roles and Responsibilities
For SCA/11123 of 2022 pending in the hon’ble high court of Gujarat challenging an illegal notice (related to stamp duty) of the hon’ble deputy collector, sub-registrar and an officer of Bank of Baroda, an advocate used to appear till today (6th Feb 2023).
The matter is squarely covered by Gujarat Stamp Act, SARFAEISI Act etc and judgements of the hon’ble supreme court and many hon’ble high courts. Advocate was causal. However, to expedite the conduct of the matter, I want to appear as a party in person instead of the casual advocate I hired for the same.
Adv Mayur Patel has the fundamental competency to appear for the matter but the time that Adv Mayur Patel needs to spend on clerical activities out of my busy schedule for office work is Adv Mayur Patel limitation. This hiring would purely be for a temporary period for this one matter only which has been scheduled for the first week of March.

Stipend
I may pay up to 2000 to 3000 INR but I may assure the aspirant that he/she would get great learning and experience related to conducting a writ petition in the hon’ble high court.
