About the Internship
This position is for the LEGAL Publishing Division of Newgen KnowledgeWorks.
Eligibility
- Legal qualification is a prerequisite ( LLB).
- Experience : 0 – 2 years.
- Experience in Corporate setup will be an advantage.
- Very Good Writing skills in English and in Legal Content is expected.

Work timing
According to US client requirement : 8.30 pm to 5.30 am.
Selection is based on
- Online Entry Test with 5 parts : Pass mark is 60 %. Expectation is 70%.
- English Essay Test with score of 70% (essay in original thoughts and words)
- Second level test of Legal Essay editing with score of 70%.
- Client Sample Test
- Two Interviews
Clearing all 5 steps = selection.
Remuneration
CTC range is between Rs.30 k and 40k per month. ( is not graded as per the 5 steps)
For freshers and those with less than 1 year experience = Rs.30 – 32k per month.
The CTC fitment will be arrived at based on :
- Reasonable hike on the Current CTC of the candidate – as per submitted documented evidence.
- The relevant assessed applicable experience for this role
- Performance in the selection tests and interview.
- Budgeted CTC for the selected Client account.
The selection process is expected to take between 2-3 weeks.
Immediate joiners from among the shortlisted candidates will be preferred.
Others, if found suitable, will be kept on the hold list.
We expect selected candidates to work on this account for around 2-3 years.
