ICP Solutions Limited is inviting applications for the post of Contracts.
Eligibility and Experience
L.L.B degree from a premiere college/university with experience of a minimum of 2-4 years preferably as an in-house counsel with similar responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reviewing of legal contracts (e.g. MSA, RFP, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, LOA, SOW, and IPR activities)
- Work closely with vendors for renewal of MSA & contracts, Rate hike/decrease POs.
- Ensuring group standards/policies are reflected in legal documents to protect the interest of the company.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
- Understanding the legal requirements of the client and putting up the proposal specific to their ask.
- Maintaining contract/subcontract compliance in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring issues are resolved, and escalating any issues to the respective department head
- Candidates must have Understood basic contracting principles, and be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Primarily looking for contracts specialists who have experience in dealing with Prime Vendors

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
