ABOUT ASIAN LAW COLLEGE (ALC)
Asian Law College (ALC) established under the aegis of Asian Education
Group (AEG), offers B.A. LL.B & LL.B. programme affiliated to Chaudhary
Charan Singh University (CCS) Meerut, is approved by the Bar Council of
India (BCI) and accredited by National Assessment And Accreditation
Council (NAAC). Asian Law College focuses on the multi-disciplinary nature
of legal education, research, innovations and provides professional training
for personality development coupled with industry exposure for the better
understanding of the legal world. Asian Law College emphasizes on the
clinic legal education by conducting programmes like visit to Lok Adalat,
Legal Aid Camps, Moot Courts, Trial Advocacy, Legal Quiz, Legal Debate,
Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Elocution, Model United Nations
(MUN), visit to Arbitration and mediation centre etc. It offers three
additional diplomas to its students in order to give an opportunity to
advance their knowledge and skills in the diverse legal subjects and provide
certification courses on corporate legal communication.
ALC offers in-house Judicial Coaching Academy (ALC-JCA) through exclusive weekly classes to students who want to pursue Judicial Services. ALC also has AIBE
Coaching Academy to prepare the students ready for All India Bar

selected students of ALC along with law degree from CCS University;
orientation programme on UCT campus life; heritage tour of UCT Middle &
Upper campuses; specially-designed workshop at UCT campus; global
exposure to international law faculty and students; and International
Certification at the completion of workshop
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE AND THE THEME
The new world order has strengthened the democratic state through
more power, rights and social security to the citizens. This phenomena has
brought many changes in the form of governability of modern society. The
present era has inclined toward the right-based society. The idea of rights
and social security is ever evolving. The right based society has conceived
social security as a basic foundation for human dignity and social justice.
So, the whole idea of human rights is directly aligned in the social security
framework. This international conference largely focuses upon the
‘changing contours of human rights and social security’ in the twenty-first century. The advancement of technology and the developments demands a new legal regime to strengthen human rights and social security. The prime targets of the conference are the marginalized sectors,
gender-oriented societies, social security and individual rights in the
digital age.

This international conference is in offline mode. Only International
participants shall be allowed to participate through virtual mode (online)

The author may either choose the topic from the herein-above mentioned
alternatives or exercise his/her discretion whilst finalizing it. The topic of
the research paper must however, be in conformity with the theme of the
conference.
Guidelines for The Abstracts
(a) Abstracts should not exceed 350 words. (word format)
(b) Font and Font Size: Times New Roman, 12, Line spacing 1.5 and
Alignment ‘justify’.
(c) Abstract should mention the following specific details in the cover
letter attached in the abstract:
• Title of the Submission
• Name of the Author
• Designation
• Affiliation
• Email Id
• Contact Number
GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PAPERS
a) A brief profile of the author/ authors indicating his/her designation,
Affiliation, email ID, contact number and address has to be sent
along with the abstract.
b) The subject line of your manuscript should read: Paper Submission
for International Conference on Changing Contours on human Rights
and Social Security.
c) The Length of the full manuscript shall be in between 3500 to 5000
words (excluding footnotes and References).
d) The Footnoting Style shall be JILI.
e) Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.
f) Manuscript must be original and not yet published.
g) The Manuscript shall be in English language only, and the similarity
index should not be above
10% after utilising the necessary filters.
h) The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts,
opinions and views stated in the manuscript.
i) The author(s) shall refrain from submitting the manuscript elsewhere
during the pendency of the review process.
j) The name(s) of the author(s) or institution must not be mentioned
anywhere in the body of the submission.
k) The Payment of Registration fees is mandatory for all the author(s).
l) The participants are required to fill out the abstract submission form
and select their choice of topic/ theme from the proposed themes. Or
they can have their own topic if not related to sub-theme but related
to the main theme of the conference.
m) The Conference Proceedings will be published in an edited volume
with ISBN from a reputed publishing house.
