About the Seminar
The Centre of Legal Education, Iswar Saran P.G. College, Prayagraj is organizing a One Day National Seminar on “Criminal Justice System in India : Issues and Challenges” on 8th April, 2023 in the Department . Crime is a universal phenomena which has disturbed the equilibrium of the society. Crime cause irreparable damage to the individual. With the passage of time criminals are using innovative ways to commit crimes. The use of advanced technology to commit the crime against women and juveniles, use of cyber space and use of forensic tools in investigation needs a serious debate so as to have a look upon the pros and cons of the emerging dimension of Criminal System in India.

Submission of Research Paper
Experts, academicians, teachers and scholars are invited to contribute their papers on any of the suggested themes. You are requested to confirm your participation by sending the Abstract in not more than 300 words along with the particular of author/co-author including title, name, name of the college, position, email-id, contact no. and address for correspondence.
The maximum limit for full paper is 3500 words (excluding footnotes). The format of soft copy shall be Times New Roman for English, front size – 12 with 1.5 line spacing & in .doc/.docx format, footnote size 10. For Hindi it will be Kruti Dev 010, font size 14.
The paper can be sent through e-mail to be given e-mail ([email protected]).
The proceedings of the seminar would be published in a book form with ISBN. Date for submission of abstract & full paper along with registration fee is on or before March 31st, 2023. On Spot Registration is also allowed. Registration Procedure

(B) Research Scholars, Rs 500/-
(C) Students: Rs. 300/- only
In case the paper is submitted under joint authorship, the registration fee for each participant will be charged separately.
