Ordinarily, participation in the 2023 edition of the Summer School on transnational litigation (the University of Bologna, Department of Juridical Studies – Ravenna Campus) requires the payment of a registration fee of €250,00.
Exceptionally, this call for papers gives to the winner the opportunity to attend (online only) the Summer School fully free of charge.
The link to connect online to the Summer School for free will be sent to the winner of this call in due course.
Moreover, the best three papers, at the sole discretion of the Selection Committee, will be published, once per week, in the Linkedin Newsletter of the Ravenna Summer School “Transnational Litigation Pills” (https://www.linkedin.com/newsletters/transnational-litigation-pills-6963604527434354688/).
Who can participate in the call: law students and law graduates who are under 30 years of age on June 20, 2023.
How to participate in the call: send the following files to [email protected]
· Original and previously unpublished paper in English on a topic of your choice in the area of Cross-border Civil Litigation and International Arbitration (PDF format; length between 15.000 and 30.000 characters including spaces)
· Your CV in English
· A copy of your ID document (to verify your date of birth).
Deadline for submissions: June 20, 2023.
The Selection Committee: a committee of the Summer School Faculty and Staff will evaluate the papers received and select the winner at its sole discretion.
Communication of the result of the competition: the name of the winner will be communicated on the Summer School’s Linkedin profile (https://www.linkedin.com/company/86636461/) and to the email address of the person concerned by June 30, 2023
