About the Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence
3. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed
4. Explain the law and give legal advice
5. Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings
6. Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds
7. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services
8. Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems
9. Offer legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters
10. Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants
11. Prepare pleadings and notices, and make appearances in court
Requirements:
1. We are urgently looking for an LLM person from the business law field who knows the end-to-end litigation process, willing to get into litigation
2. The person must have BCI enrolment

3. are available for duration of 3 months
