Indian Dispute Resolution Centre –
IDRC is a not-for-profit Institutional Arbitration Centre established by the ‘Indian Dispute Resolution Council.’ IDRC is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and NITI Aayog and is empanelled with the Ministry of Law and Justice, GoI to provide Arbitration and other ADR Services to Central/State Govts and PSUs. It provides a state-of-the-art institutional environment for the Online and Offline resolution of disputes through Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation as well as Expert Determination and Early Neutral Evaluation using its cloud-based in-house eADR Digital Platform and through its Centers in New Delhi, Mumbai, NCR, and affiliate Centres in all major Cities in India, London, and South Asia.
In a short span of time, the IDRC has accomplished the feat of assisting in more than 700+ arbitration proceedings and assisted in numerous International, and National arbitrations presided over by Retired Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts despite pandemic conditions. IDRC has been closely working with prestigious institutions like Tata Capital Finance, HDFC, and other corporates and government institutions.

About the Event:
The event marks the 3rd Anniversary of the establishment of IDRC. We embarked on this wonderful journey in May 2020 when HMJ Arjan K. Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, did the honors by inaugurating it. In a short span of time, IDRC has accomplished conduct of more than 1100+ arbitration proceedings in International and National arbitrations presided by former Hon’ble CJIs, Judges of the Supreme Court/High Courts, and leading Arbitrators despite pandemic conditions.
The Conclave is being organized to highlight our Nation’s strengths in becoming a Hub of International Arbitration and the challenges in the journey. Conclave will discuss the latest trends in the field of International Commercial Arbitration and more.
