Regius Legal LLP is looking to hire litigation associates / senior associates in Mumbai.

PQE: 3-6 Years
Location: Mumbai
Job Description
- The candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience in civil litigation in any High Court.
- Consideration will only be given to those candidates who are either based out of Mumbai or are willing to move to Mumbai at a short notice, within 15 days.
- They must have experience of participating in at least one trial case in civil litigation / arbitration.
Responsibilities
- Support the firm’s litigation team in all aspects of legal practice.
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to litigation cases.
- Independently drafting court pleadings related to litigation cases.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents during the course of the proceedings, especially during trials or final hearings.
- Independently brief and coordinate with senior counsel engaged by the firm in litigation cases.
- Provide general support to the firm’s litigation team, as and when needed.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Remuneration: Based on experience / merit of the selected candidate and will be in line with industry standards.
