Vacancy for Junior Associate

Requirements

1. Should have interest and inclination towards litigation.
2. Basic knowledge of procedures of Mumbai Courts.
3. Should have basic knowledge in drafting documents during various stages.
4. Should have good knowledge of contract law.
5. Should have basic knowledge of drafting corporate and mercantile contracts.
6. Should have basic knowledge of IPR laws and should have some experience in filing of trademark and copyright before the relevant registry.
