Interested Candidates will get an opportunity to appear in all major forums in Delhi including the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and all Districts Courts of Delhi.
Requirements:
Candidate- Corporate and Insolvency Practice
1. Bachelor’s degree in law;
2. 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Law, Due Diligence, NCLT matters;
Candidate– Litigation Practice
1. Bachelor’s degree in law;
2. 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Litigation and Arbitration. Should be able to attend hearing in District Court and have flare for research.
Candidate should be Fluent in computer programs like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; and should have strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills with good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. The Candidate should have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
