About the Book
The Criminal Justice System is an idea founded on judicial principles and constitutionalism. It includes the interaction of many institutions and remedies. An effective criminal justice system is essential for an orderly society and the protection of human rights.
A Dynamic Society must have the spirit to obey laws and aid the state in effectuating legal measures. The Book attempts to provide an overview of the present issues concerning the Criminal Justice System and the various dynamics attached to it.
Considering that efficient functioning of the criminal justice system is the need of the hour when the world is facing daunting challenges like corruption, poverty, and ignorance in its march towards development. This Book aims to highlight the importance of the Criminal Justice System and afford better mechanisms for reforms in the judicial system.

- Submission Procedure
- The title of the paper with an Abstract of not more than 150 words explaining the objective and scope of the paper should be emailed by June 15, 2023. On approval of the abstracts, full papers should be sent by June 25, 2023.
- After the submission of full papers, a review committee will blindly review the manuscripts and those papers meeting the quality criteria will be accepted for publication in the book with ISBN. The authors will be required to incorporate the changes suggested by the review committee during the review process.
