Objectives:
This conference aims to:
- Stimulate research and Review, selection, and intimation to debate on contemporary issues in the field of economics of competition law.
- Develop a better understanding of competition issues relevant to the Indian context.
- Draw inferences for the implementation of competition law in India.
Who should participate?
The conference targets economists including scholars, practitioners and competition agency officials with a keen interest in the economics of competition law and policy. Co-authored papers are allowed. However, one of the authors should be an Indian citizen and an economist.
Important Dates:
- Last date of submission of abstracts: August 1, 2023
- Review, selection, and intimation to authors: October 3, 2023
- Last date for submission of full papers: December 1, 2023
- Review and finalization of papers: February 1, 2024
- Conference date: March 1, 2024
Financial support:
Each paper presented shall receive an honorarium of IN 30,000/-
