About this journal

The Tilburg Law Review is an open access law journal embedded in the Tilburg Law School, consistently ranked as a top law school in the Netherlands and internationally. The review hosts the Montesquieu Lectures, the yearly public lectures of the Tilburg Law School. It also hosts one special issue a year on a topic related to one of the research Signature Plans of the Tilburg Law School.
