CALL FOR PAPERS EDITED BOOK ON STRATEGIES FOR TEACHING LAW IN 21ST CENTURY

CONCEPT NOTE
Legal Education is going through sea change and various strategies are required while teaching a particular subject which will ultimately change the face of Legal Education in India. It has been noticed that in most of the Legal Education Institutions, teaching pedagogy differs significantly, majorly focused on conventional approach. This situation demands urgent attention and enhanced teaching skills. Looking at this scenario Law Teachers India in association with Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar & Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar initiated this project and inviting papers from experienced and preferably senior faculty members, advocates and practitioners teaching a particular subject.

PROPOSAL
Proposals for scholarly book chapters (covering, empirical papers, theory testing, theory building, systematic literature review etc.) are invited on above themes from researchers and academicians. Submitted proposals will be reviewed and feedback will be provided to selected proposals. Authors of selected proposal will be required to submit the Full Chapter in given format. The Full Chapters will be peer-reviewed by reviewers and selected Chapters will be published in the book on Strategies for Teaching Law 21st Century.
The proposal should be of 2-3 pages (excluding cover page and author details). The suggestive structure of the proposal would be; a). Rational of the Study, b). Research Gap, c). Tentative Research Methodology, d). Possible Future Results and Outcomes, e). Contributions in Policy making/Theory building.

PUBLICATION DETAILS
The edited book will be published by Thomson and Reuters.
