Mehta Law Chambers are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a paid legal internship at Mehta Law Chambers, Delhi. This internship is open to final year law students or fresh law graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in the legal field. The duration of the internship will be 1 to 3 months, starting from 15th June onwards, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Exceptional interns may be considered for a position as an associate with their firm.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting legal research on various legal issues
· Drafting legal notices, case pleadings, and other legal documents
· Assisting with case preparation and analysis
· Attending court hearings and proceedings
· Collaborating with senior associates and partners on ongoing cases
· Providing support in client meetings and consultations
· Assisting in general administrative tasks related to legal
Requirements:
· Final year law student or recent law graduate
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Excellent in legal research tools and databases
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is preferred but not mandatory
