NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad invites applications for Ph.D. Scholars for the DPIIT IPR Chair Scheme formulated by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India under the Scheme for Pedagogy & Research in IPRs for Holistic Education & Academia (SPRIHA) from NET (UGC/CSIR) qualified candidates for undertaking research in Legal, Economic, Socio-Legal, Social, Technological, Entrepreneurial aspects of new and emerging IPR areas (National and International) of interests under the guidance of the Chair.
Details Of The Opportunity
- Vacancy: 1 (One) for Ph.D. Scholars under the DPIIT IPR Chair Scheme
- Qualification required:
- Qualified NET (UGC/CSIR).
- Post-Graduation in Law with specialization in IPR with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate from a recognized University, OR
- Post-Graduation in Science with exposure in IPR with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate from a recognized University.
- Preference will be given to candidates having domain knowledge and / or publications in IPR.
- Last date to apply: 20th July 2023
- Stipend:
- NET Qualified with JRF : ₹ 25,000 pm
- NET Qualified without JRF : ₹ 16,000 pm
- Scope of work: Undertaking research in Legal, Economic, Socio-Legal, Social, Technological, Entrepreneurial aspects of new and emerging IPR areas (National and International) of interests under the guidance of the Chair.
