The Tilburg Law Review is an open-access law journal embedded in the Tilburg Law School, consistently ranked as a top law school in the Netherlands and internationally. The review hosts the Montesquieu Lectures, the yearly public lectures of the Tilburg Law School. About the opportunity
The purpose of this Special Issue is to identify and problematize the potential effects remote criminal justice may have on the right to a fair trial. For more explanation on the topic and practical information about the publication process, see the document below and the website www.tilburglawreview.com. In this special issue, we welcome papers dealing with the issues mentioned above from a legal and/or a social science perspective: interdisciplinary approaches are encouraged!
