About the Vacancy
They are seeking two junior advocates to join their team at their Vikas Puri office. The primary focus of the role will be on cases related to NCLT, NCLAT, and DRT. They require individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling both legal and paralegal work
- Researching and analyzing legal issues
- Drafting legal documents
- Attending court proceedings
- Providing support to seniors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi
- Sound knowledge of legal concepts and procedures related to NCLT, NCLAT, and DRT
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of corporate laws will be an added advantage
