One of India’s largest communications consulting firm is hiring a Policy Advocacy And Communications Consultant to join its Strategic Communications Group, that works with partners to assist them in shaping public opinion on complex policy related issues.
The firm is looking for an individual who possesses an understanding of tech policy and has the broader awareness about the key individuals and institutions in the Policy space in India with a focus on policy-shapers, government departments and ministries.
Qualifications –
§ Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, law, political science, or a related field. A post-graduate degree is a plus.
§ 4+ years of experience in policy advocacy, public affairs, or related roles, preferably with a policy consulting firm / think-tank, or technology company.
§ Knowledge of technology-focused laws, regulations, and policies in India, with a focus on e-commerce, edtech, and gaming sectors.
§ Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and provide strategic insights.
Position: Policy Advocacy and Communications Consultant (Full-time)
Experience: 4 years and above
Location: New Delhi or Mumbai (open to both)
Compensation – The role would pay 6-figures a month and it’d be competitive with current market standards
