Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and should be accompanied by a brief statement of the author’s academic affiliation and/or CV.

The 42nd Annual Conference of the Australian and New Zealand Law and History Society will be held between 30 November and 2 December 2023. The conference will be hosted in a hybrid format.
The theme of the conference is Intersectionality and Legal Diversity.
