About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher Advocate/assessment intern to join our law firm’s Trademark Prosecution and Opposition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to our trademark attorneys in all aspects of trademark prosecution and opposition, including conducting trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, responding to examination reports and representing clients in trademark opposition proceedings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong knowledge in trademark law and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
