About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist the clients with respect to setting up business in different jurisdictions
- Communicate the compliance parameters, requirements and nuances of company formation
- Conduct day-to-day analysis of client interactions and form reports on clients
- Work on due diligence and document verification
