The transformative nature of our world has been underscored once again, not only by the Covid-19 pandemic but also by the myriad challenges it has posed to humanity and the safeguarding of human rights. Amidst these challenges, the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence has significantly altered regulatory landscapes worldwide, demanding our attention. Concurrently, the urgent need for environmental protection and addressing climate change has remained a persistent topic of discussion and debate.
Themes:
The conference welcomes submissions encompassing a range of sub-themes, which include, but are not restricted to: •The judicial function in adjudicating climate change matters
•The efficacy of the international rights framework in the aftermath of Covid-19
•The implications of technology, artificial intelligence, and human rights in future contexts
•Divergent interpretations concerning the intersection of health and rights
•The escalation of domestic abuse incidents during the Covid-19 pandemic

Call for Abstracts
In order to ensure concise and focused presentations, it is requested that the abstracts for proposed contributions do not exceed 250 words. Abstracts should be accompanied by a brief biography, highlighting the relevant expertise and affiliations of the author.
