Scholarships for International Researchers
The Max Planck Institute offers a limited number of scholarships for legal scholars whose primary place of residence is outside of Germany. The scholarships are financed by the Max Planck Society.
The Institute now accepts new scholarship applications for 2024. Please note that, at present, there are no plans for a second application round in 2024.
We ask for your understanding that even in the case that a scholarship is granted, we cannot guarantee a workstation for the period requested in the application. Nevertheless, please make sure that you indicate the period of your preference in your application. The maximum scholarship duration is 3 months.
The application deadline is 15 August 2023.
