Rajesh Kumar is a practicing advocate and an independent researcher, one of her interest areas being civil, criminal, and company law. He mostly works in District Courts, NCLT, CAT as well as the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and also at Hon’ble Supreme Court.
He has been working consistently in the area of Civil, Criminal, and Matrimonial Disputes, Service Matters, etc. within courts of Delhi and NCR for more than 9 years.
Through such continued experience and exposure to this area, he realizes the need of hiring Interns to teach and teach them the legal process of law because it is his belief that Practical experience is a must to understand the law better.
About the Opportunity
Rajesh Kumar is looking for candidates for internships for at least 2 months to assist him in his office. The Internship program is specifically based in the courts of Delhi.
It will provide a unique exposure to the interns to the practical experience of the law and a meaningful opportunity of working on the ground.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in the research of various laws.
- Accompany the Senior and Junior Associate to different District Courts of Delhi to watch proceedings.
- Assist the Senior and Junior Associates in preparing for a draft of various applications.
- Conduct relevant research on the topics assigned.
- Make daily work reports.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Law Student (Preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year of 3 Year LL.B Programme or 4th or 5th year of 5 year Law Programme).
- Stipend
- Candidates will be reimbursed for all office expenses incurred by the intern and will be issued a Certificate for this internship.
- Working Hours
- Work hours would not exceed more than 8 hours a day.
