IILM PROFICIENCY COURSES
IILM University, Greater Noida and the IILM Sustainability Center, Plot Number, 60-62, Rouse Avenue, Delhi, in response to its policy of citizen and the society first, offers an opportunity to interested young lawyers, scholars and senior students to attend, vigilantly formulated, highly outcome based courses for grooming themselves in to the best of the proficient skilled lawyers and advocates with anyone to possess fine qualities, aptitude and capacity as effective networking law entrepreneur, effectual communicator/speaker, meticulous researcher, sharp analyst, balanced drafting expert, young bar leader and successful case manager.
IILM University has designed the short-term courses to train through quality teaching, training by Expert Lawyers, Judges, Presiding Officers of Adjudicatory Bodies and Acclaimed Jurists. Courses shall be extended to various areas of advocacy, including: Writ Jurisdictions, Cases about Civil Rights, Different Kinds of Criminal Cases, Tribunals for Different Kinds of Matters, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation covering multiple disputes about business transactions, property, labour, service matters, consumer protection, matters of technology and law, Matrimonial conflicts and so on. The University is providing different types of short-term course with very reasonable fees.

· Lectures and interactive sessions will be conducted on Saturdays.
· Special Lectures and interactive sessions will be arranged as may be suggested by the participants.

Course 5: EMERGING AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CASES (From 13th April 2024 to 19th May 2024)
Course 6: ALTERNATIVE/APPROPRIATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS (From 22nd June 2024 to 27th July 2024)
